Terms of service

Dexby Cloud is in beta with no service level agreement. The Dexby SDK is published on npm under its own licence. These terms say plainly what you can expect from each.

The service

Dexby is offered as a hosted service, Dexby Cloud. These terms grant you the right to use the service, not the software behind it. The SDK’s licence is the one stated in its package. Self-hosted and enterprise editions will come with their own terms.

The beta

Anyone can create an account. During the beta there is no SLA, no uptime commitment and no guarantee of backward compatibility between releases. We may change APIs with notice to account holders.

Fees

Accounts are not billed during the beta. Usage rates will be published before general availability and never applied retroactively.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the credentials your users connect, the scopes you request and what your agents do with the access you grant. You must comply with the terms of every third-party API you reach through a connector.

How we describe compliance

We describe controls as designed, implemented or certified, and we do not blur the three. Dexby does not have a SOC 2 report and does not offer a HIPAA BAA today.

Warranty and liability

During the beta, Dexby Cloud and the SDK are provided as is, without warranty and without liability for lost data, lost profits or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows.
